Buy NowThe Alberton Japan Boa Fleece Outdoor Blanket is a compact and portable blanket, ideal for long days out in the hills or for lazing around at home. It’s a faithful reproduction of the 1950s American Highpile utilising modern materials and technologies. As always with Alberton, the perfect combination of of both form and function.
Its outer uses a new material, Canecaron Protex, that absorbs infrared radiation and warms. We’re hoping you’ll never need to use this feature, but in addition to its flame retardant performance the material has the ability to protect the skin from burns by absorbing infrared radiation when exposed to heat rays such as those given off from an explosion.
Things are equally as secure of the back side of the blanket, with the use of a flame retardant and waterproof tent fabric, Alberton Gunmaku, developed specially by the brand.
