Terms of use

About these terms

These terms cover your use of hardstoc, run by DENIMHEAD LTD, a company registered in England and Wales. By using the site you accept them. Questions go to [email protected].

What we do

hardstoc compares products sold by independent shops: their prices and which sizes they have in stock. We do not sell anything ourselves. When you choose "Buy Now" you go to the shop's own website, and any purchase is a contract between you and that shop, on its terms, prices, delivery and returns.

Prices, stock and accuracy

Prices, sizes and stock come from the shops' own product feeds and are refreshed every day, so they can change before we see the change. The shop's own website is always right: check the price, size and stock there before you buy.

Where a shop prices in another currency, we show a conversion at the day's exchange rate as a guide. You pay the shop's own price in its own currency, and your card provider may add a fee or use a different rate.

Product names, descriptions and pictures belong to the shops and brands they come from.

How we are paid

hardstoc is free to use. When you buy through one of our links we may earn a commission from the shop, through affiliate networks such as Kutoku and Awin. It never changes the price you pay, and no shop pays to be listed or to rank higher.

Our liability

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee either, and we are not responsible for the shops: their products, prices, delivery, returns or how they handle your data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Using the site

Use the site for your own shopping. Please do not copy it in bulk, scrape it, or try to disrupt or break into it. The site's design and our own writing belong to us.

Changes and the law

We may update these terms; the date at the top says when they last changed. They are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, though if you live elsewhere in the UK you may also bring a claim in your own courts.
