Alden has been producing Made in USA footwear for well over a century now. An icon of American footwear, Alden was founded in 1884 by Charles H Alden in Massachusetts and remains there to this day. The 403 Indy Work Boot from Alden is one of their most popular and iconic styles. Nicknamed the 'Indy' after Harrison Ford famously wore the boots in the 'Indiana Jones' film, they remain an American icon to this day.
The 403 is made from ruggedly refined chromexcel leather and is fully goodyear welted with a neo-cork outsole. A versatile and beautifully constructed boot that will be sure to last a lifetime, getting better with age. This run of the 403 has been made in the USA expressly for Clutch Cafe and is built on the Trubalance last, with a D width fitting.
The Trubalance last tends to run large so we suggest taking a half or full size down from your usual shoe size. For further information on sizing and fitting please visit our footwear size guide or drop us an email on info@clutch-cafe. com. Please note, we can only ship Alden to destinations within the UK and Europe.
