We suggest using the chart below to convert a common US Sneaker Size (Nike, New Balance, Adidas, etc.) to the Arch Support Project EU Size. The ASP Last is accommodative, and for wider feet, a comfort-based fit, or if between sizes, go to the next size up and use a Cork Insert between the constructed insole and Padded Footbed to adjust size and volume.
