Buy NowThe Deluxeware DLC-005 Knit Cap is a Japanese-made watch cap produced in Nara Prefecture, one of Japan's historic centers for knitwear and sock manufacturing. Crafted from 100% cotton, it uses a carefully balanced combination of slub cotton yarn and combed cotton yarn – resulting in a knit that is both textured and refined.
The slub yarn introduces subtle irregularity and character, while the combed cotton provides strength, smoothness, and long-term durability. This dual-yarn construction creates a dense yet breathable rib knit that offers warmth without heaviness – making it ideal for year-round wear across changing seasons.
Designed with a classic folded cuff, the cap delivers a timeless silhouette rooted in vintage workwear and military knit caps. The fabric stretches naturally to accommodate different head shapes while maintaining excellent shape recovery over time.
Finished in a deep navy tone, this knit cap pairs effortlessly with denim, jackets, and heritage-inspired outfits. Built for everyday use, it is a durable, no-frills accessory that improves with wear – embodying Deluxeware's commitment to honest materials and Japanese craftsmanship.
