Buy NowAlves is a combination of two distinct classic styles: the Wellington style and the Boston style. The Wellington style features a tapered shape with a wider top and a narrower bottom, while the Boston style is characterized by a rounded and inverted triangular shape.
This style is rooted in the American culture of the 1950s and 1960s and gained popularity among intellectuals of that era, eventually becoming a symbol of status. Drypond adds distinctive details to the frame by featuring details such as double rivets on each side, a keyhole bridge, and seven-barrel hinges. These elements are reminiscent of traditional eyewear craftsmanship and carry a timeless appeal.
