Buy NowOne of the most intriguing and flavorful candies sold in Japan is candied yuzu peel. The yuzu is a citrus fruit that can be quite tart, but when candied, the peel exhibits an explosion of sweet and sour citrus flavor. The candied yuzu peel is made with a time-consuming artisan method that creates an unbeatably fine texture on the candy and ensures that the sugars stay attached to the peel without dropping off. This candied yuzu peel does not contain any food coloring, artificial fragrance, or preservatives. It's a great treat to hand out when you are having a Japanese dinner party! Our favorite pairing: with cream cheese and spread it on bagel!
