This sweater is a classic crewneck, but in a dense 8-gauge knit, giving it a nice heft and clean drape. Typically, a heavy sweater would be in a coarse, chunky wool, but this one is as smooth and refined as they come.

TEXTURE: Smooth and soft. Merino wool, compared to other types of wool, has a cleaner surface texture (less fuzz/loft) giving it a sharp, crisp, refined look.
