Buy NowSun Hat – UPF 50+ Organic & Upcycled Packable Wide-Brim Sun Hat | Made in USA Built for long days outside, the Flipside Sun Hat combines serious sun coverage with lightweight, packable comfort. Made from a blend of organic cotton and upcycled jersey, it’s soft, breathable, and easy to take anywhere from the trail and campsite to the beach, garden, or weekend road trip.
The flexible construction gives this sun hat an easy, broken-in feel from day one. A wide UPF 50+ brim provides generous coverage for the face, ears, and neck, while the soft structure makes it easy to fold or pack into a bag without the bulk and stiffness of a traditional sun hat.
Designed with a smaller overall fit that generally works best for women, this style offers a comfortable, close fit without feeling heavy or structured. Looking for a roomier fit? Our River Hat offers a larger fit while delivering the same kind of easygoing sun coverage for days outside.
Handcrafted in the USA in small batches, each hat makes use of thoughtfully sourced organic and upcycled materials. Subtle variations in color, texture, and character are part of what makes every Flipside hat unique.
