Buy NowHow To Style the George Belt The George buckle is a very classic, round horseshoe inspired belt buckle that has been worn by gentlemen for over a century. It is fully round and tapers down towards the ends giving it a streamlined, dynamic look. If you are into classic men's style this buckle is your perfect companion for any type of sport coat or blazer combination as well as tweed suits, chinos, or anything that is a bit more casual.
Even though it can also be worn with a suit, the round line of the buckle harmonizes really well with round-toed shoes. This buckle looks rich and sophisticated from afar without being too intricate or playful. The perfect companion for the well-dressed gentleman who wants to stand out in a subtle way and who does not like the garish over the top Western belt buckles.
How To Style a Gold Belt Buckle Gold is one of the most celebrated and prized precious metals, and with good reason. Its beautiful shine catches the light just so, and its warm, shining tones impart a rich, decadent air to any ensemble. Gold accessories, like belt buckles, are traditionally associated with a more vintage look and are typical of plush, opulent ensembles.
That being said, this particular luster of gold is neither particularly red nor particularly yellow, so is extremely versatile and will perfectly complement any style. In general, you should endeavor to match the metals found in your outfit, so wear a gold belt buckle if you are planning on wearing other gold accessories like rings or a wristwatch.
