Buy NowTimeless Monkey's Fist Motif The monkey's fist knot is a common sailing knot, but its unique shape was also incorporated into classic menswear as a cuff link and a stud design. Originally made of silk, we have captured the timeless design of the monkey's first knot in solid yellow gold.
Solid Gold Cast from solid gold, this cufflink design is available in your choice of 14 karat - 585 or 18 karat - 750 purity. 18 karat - 750 gold cufflinks contain 75% pure gold, offering a richer, more luxurious yellow tone with increased prestige, though slightly softer than their 14 karat -585 counterparts.
14 karat -585 gold cufflinks, with 58. 5% gold content, provide superior durability and scratch resistance while maintaining excellent value, making them ideal for frequent wear while still delivering the unmistakable warmth and luster of genuine gold. The substantial weight of solid gold ensures a reassuring heft that feels significant in your hand and helps ensure a close, neat, and secure fit at your shirt cuff.
This genuine precious metal construction provides a robust presence that is both commanding and luxurious. How to Wear These Cufflinks These cufflinks can be worn with day ensembles or with evening attire and are suitably formal for both Black Tie and White Tie, able to be worn with tailcoat or a tuxedo.
Traditionally, your cufflinks should exactly match your shirt studs, which is why Fort Belvedere carries both items as matching pairs.
