Details Features Sizing As part of our collaboration with local Pacific Northwest Artist Michelle Lassaline, 'Sun Over the Yardarm' captures so much of what we enjoy about her style. A whimsical blend of subtle humor and an effortless creativity, Michelle brings together two very popular things in our region: dogs and boats.
Available here as a 20' x 16' print, and, in case you were wondering, 'Sun Over the Yardarm' is a phrase used both afloat and ashore to indicate the time of day has been reached at which it is acceptable to have lunch, or partake in a beverage. About Michelle: Artist and illustrator Michelle Lassaline works in watercolor, papier-mache, and multi-media performance.
She is the creator of the pop-up portrait booth 'You As An Animal,' where she paints live portraits of people as any animal they choose. You can find her popping up with 'You As An Animal' at events around the Puget Sound. Instagram: @_youasananimal // Website: www. youasananimal.
