Freenote worked with an ultra-small knitting team to develop this fabric, which has a surprising amount of structure for its lighter weight, and is absolutely loaded with slubby and neppy texture.
The fabric is knit on old-school loopwheel machines, and is cut with side seams to allow for more flexibility in the fit. The shirt is finished with a vintage stlye custom rib knit at the collar, and cuffs, Italian mother of pearl buttons, and a contrasting herringbone twill placket detail.
