This romantic interpretation of a lightweight cotton ruffled blouse with a slight touch of prairie provides an airy, feminine silhouette. A generous ruffled collar continues down the front, creating the defining detail of the design. Fine pintucks at the chest add texture, while gathered sleeves and frilled cuffs reinforce the vintage-inspired character without making the blouse feel overly decorative.
