Buy NowGreat food tastes better outdoors, but hauling a heavy chef knife into the backcountry is a quick way to ruin a light pack. The GMF1-Chef solves that problem by bringing proper culinary design into the wild. Built on the iconic, lightweight handle profile of our core utility fixed blade, this specialized tool features a taller, slightly longer blade shaped specifically for kitchen duty.
It gives your knuckles plenty of clearance over the cutting board while maintaining full compatibility with all standard handle scales. Forged from corrosion resistant Nitro-B steel with a rugged stonewashed finish, it slices through camp prep, tailgate meals, and remote trail feasts with total precision.
Wrapped in a sleek custom black Kydex sheath that wipes clean and stows anywhere, it is the ultimate compact kitchen knife built for living off the grid. This knife is compatible with other GiantMouse GMF1 handle scales. SPECIFICATIONS:Materials -Steel: Nitro-BFinish: StonewashHandle: Black G10Sheath: Black Kydex Dimensions -Blade Length: 3.
