The Khaki Field line from Hamilton marries rugged field‑watch DNA with modern mechanical craftsmanship. The Mechanical Power Reserve 40mm takes that heritage one step further: a clean, military‑inspired dial layout plus a built‑in power‑reserve indicator give it a functional edge that looks as good under cuff as it does out in the wild.
With satin‑finished detailing, bold printed numerals, and a classic case form, it’s built for wearers who appreciate vintage style and mechanical substance. At 40mm in diameter and about 11. 95mm thick, the sand‑blasted stainless steel case hits a sweet spot of presence without overpowering the wrist.
It features a screw‑down crown, sapphire crystal with anti‑reflective coating, and a water resistance rating of 100m (10 bar), offering real‑world utility. A versatile 20mm lug width makes strap swaps simple, while the aesthetic stays rooted in Hamilton’s military legacy. Inside ticks the hand‑wound calibre H‑23, developed for Hamilton and built to deliver approximately 80 hours of power reserve.
The movement drives the hours, minutes, seconds and the power‑reserve display, creating a mechanical timepiece that speaks clearly to its wear‑and‑wind nature.
