Many people have been asking us for an unwaxed version of the Hooded Workhorse, so we had this fabric custom-made specifically for this piece.
The Jungle Cloth Hooded Workhorse V13 pairs custom-made 12oz Japanese Jungle Cloth with a substantial 14oz 100% wool body lining. The fabric is densely woven for serious durability and natural water resistance – without wax – while uninsulated sleeves leave room to layer and move.
Purpose-built details include an adjustable waist, a heavy-duty two-way YKK zipper, solid brass snaps, back gussets for reach, and a leather hood drawstring that helps seal out wind and weather.
