Iron Heart Shirting sizing is graded in small increments. The 439-BLK runs true to Iron Heart sizing. This piece is made with an unbrushed flannel fabric and has been once washed. With regular use, one can expect up to .5' of shrinkage in the chest (Circumference) over the long term.

Our Method of measuring is different than Iron Heart’s, and we recommend consulting our Sizing Guide when purchasing.
