JAPAN BLUE J404 12.5oz Africa cotton Circle Classic Straight Jeans

About this product

The J404 is the perfect summer pair crafted from lightweight 12.5oz Africa cotton selvedge fabric. It features a classic straight-leg design with a mid-rise waist, a relaxed fit through the thigh, and a subtle taper for a timeless, laid-back silhouette. These jeans boast a beautiful dark indigo finish and a range of signature details that define Japan Blue's excellence, from the vegetable-tanned leather patch to the royal blue inseam and branded doughnut-shaped top button.

Made with tough, soft, and supple fabric, these jeans are crafted from Africa cotton, known for its long fibers. The super soft and light yarn ensures comfort for warm weather. Woven on vintage shuttle looms, the fabric is intentionally tightened for a robust finish, maintaining its rugged charm. The fabric is sanforized, and after the sewing process, the jeans undergo a single wash to enhance comfort.

Embracing innovation, Japan Blue introduces the 'Circle' Jeans series, setting a new standard for refined denim. These jeans boast a curved waistband designed to contour perfectly around the waist, offering unparalleled comfort and a flattering silhouette. Enhanced with pocket bags crafted from thick cloth and branding inspired by the Circle line, these jeans seamlessly blend style with functionality. This new line represents a fusion of superior fit and premium fabrics meticulously woven on vintage shuttle looms in Kojima. Years of collaboration between Japanese denim masters and European designers culminate in this exceptional collection, embodying the brand's commitment to excellence and innovation.

Fit Notes: These jeans have a standard sizing. We recommend choosing your usual size. However, as always, we recommend checking the size chart first to find your perfect size. The fabric is sanforized, so there will be no shrinkage. The waist will experience the typical stretching seen in sanforized denim. Expect approximately 0.5 to 1 inch of stretching.
