Now difficult to come across in today's vintage market, Jelado dig into their vintage collection/archive to bring us their version of the Shorthorn Denim Western shirt. Much coveted amongst enthusiasts, the Western shirt has an enduring legacy in popular culture. We were lucky enough to visit Jelado's showroom in Japan and see the like for like vintage reference that they used for this shirt.
Cut in Japan from a 5 oz denim, this version of their well-established Vaquero Western Shirt features a vintage finish, recreating years of wear. The shirt also features matching thread colours to the original in their archive, while two chest pockets have been paired with a snap button front using their own reproduction of the rivet-type snaps used back in the day.
An original woven Jelado Western Wear label completes the look. 100% cotton 5 oz Vintage wash Inspired by original Shorthorn denim western shirt Original thread colours Two chest pockets Snap button front Repro rivet type snaps Original woven Jelado Western Wear label Made in Japan
