Buy NowThe Kobashi Studio Dog Tag Medium is a refined accessory that blends heritage-inspired design with everyday versatility. Its classic rectangular shape with softly rounded edges recalls traditional military dog tags while maintaining a clean and contemporary aesthetic suited to modern styling.
Crafted from solid brass, the tag offers durability along with a warm metallic tone that gradually develops a rich natural patina. Over time, the surface darkens and gains subtle variations, giving each piece a unique character shaped by use and age.
The design originates from a master mold created by Junichi Kobashi, the founder of Kobashi Studio. Each tag retains subtle handmade elements such as delicate file marks and natural variations that highlight its artisanal origin. Production takes place at a family-operated metal workshop in Tokyo, ensuring meticulous craftsmanship and authenticity. On the reverse side, the tag is engraved with 'Kobashi' in Japanese characters, reinforcing its connection to the brand’s heritage and identity.
Minimal yet expressive, the Dog Tag Medium works equally well worn on a chain, cord, or combined with other Kobashi charms to create a personalized layered look.
