We love to perk up the casa with this very spicy stick from the Japanese masters at Kousaido. The main ingredients are clove, musk, and opoponax, a resin with an earthy, maybe even animalistic scent. Fitting, as the fetching design on the box is taken from the Kozanji temple in Kyoto and are national treasures.
Often called 'Japan's oldest cartoon,' the zesty beasts in the image suggest the spicy and awakening scents inside.
