About this product

This is one of my favorite denims we have used to date. It is Kabata(loomstate) which means it's not sanforized (pressed thru hot metal rollers to preshrink). We have garment washed all the jeans so that it is preshrunk, but might want to add 1/2' for hem length in case their is a little more shrink left. The texture feels like a soft burlap, super slubby, with incredible texture on both the warp and weft. The indigo color is a very rich indigo blue, unique in color to the denim market. While the denim is heavy, it feels very soft and loose in weave so feels perfectly broken in, not stiff and cardboard like.This is running a bit wider then our previous bucklebacks, def in the leg opening especially on sizes under 32, Specs are all painstakingly measured by us by hand.
