Buy NowOur signature penny loafer, now crafted from Superbuck Gum Oil calf suede by C. F. Stead, one of England’s most respected tanneries. Supperbuck features Stead’s proprietary Gum Oil finish, a treatment that penetrates deep into the fibers to enhance the suede’s natural resilience.
Unlike surface coatings, this method provides improved resistance to water and stains while preserving the compact fiber, supple touch, refined nap, and rich depth of color that define high-quality suede. Featuring a Flex Goodyear welt construction, this loafer pairs soft sheepskin lining with flexible latex Diamond rubber soles for a remarkably plush and adaptive feel.
The result is a model that delivers exceptional comfort, full resoleability, and enduring durability. Meticulously hand-finished and crafted from one of C. F. Stead’s most versatile suedes, it embodies a perfect harmony of heritage craftsmanship, technical innovation, and timeless design. A refined essential – made to last, designed to age beautifully.
