MERZ B. SCHWANEN 215 2-Thread Heavyweight 7.2oz Crewneck Loopwheeled Classic Fit T-Shirt White

About this product

A true classic is defined by understated craftsmanship, premium materials, and an honest passion for detail. This timeless round-neck T-shirt – as worn by Carmy (Jeremy Allen White) in The Bear – embodies all three. It's more than a basic tee; it’s a piece of everyday heritage.

Crafted in Germany from 100% organic cotton and knit on century-old Loopwheel machines in the Swabian Alps, this shirt offers a distinctive texture, unmatched comfort, and lasting quality. The heavyweight 2-count 7.2oz fabric provides structure and durability, while the irregular knit pattern evolves with wear and washing, gradually revealing the iconic circular knitting. The classic fit gives it a clean, casual silhouette that complements any style.

Celebrated by fashion experts and major publications alike, this tee has been named one of the best white T-shirts of all time – earning its place as a true icon of modern menswear.

Fit Notes: Merz classic fit runs a bit smaller in size compared to your regular American size. Typically, if you wear a size M in American t-shirts, you will need to select a size L in the Merz classic fit tees. However, individual body types can vary, so, as always, we recommend consulting our size chart for the perfect fit. Please note that this T-shirt is not pre-washed in an industrial process. We recommend accounting for approximately 3% (2-3cm) shrinkage in length after the first wash. However, this shrinkage length has already been factored in during the product's cutting, and extra length is included. Therefore, your first impression might be that the shirt appears slightly long when you first try it on. Rest assured, it will fit perfectly after the initial wash.
