The Mikia Navajo Pearl Silver Bracelet is crafted from handmade silver beads produced using techniques passed down through generations by the Navajo people. Known as 'Navajo pearls' for their distinctive pearl-like shine and depth, these beads are individually formed and polished to highlight the natural luster of silver – each one a small product of traditional Native American silversmithing.
In this 'Onyx x Desert' version, the silver pearls receive a darker, oxidized 'Desert' finish that draws out a softer, more vintage tonal character – recalling the patina of pieces worn over decades. Each silver pearl is paired with black onyx accents, a stone long associated with strength, grounding, and quiet sophistication in jewelry traditions across the world. A delicate silver and blue accent bead at one end adds a subtle touch of color, breaking up the dark palette without disrupting its restraint.
The closure is finished with a distinctive original shell-shaped clasp centered around a single polished onyx ball – a quiet design detail that reflects Mikia's attention to thoughtful, character-driven craftsmanship.
