Inspired by the foliage found on temple grounds and garden paths, the moss dye reflects Japan's natural landscape through a rustic green-brown garment-dye finish – a piece-dyed color unlike anything conventional indigo can produce.

The base cloth is a 15oz selvedge denim woven from Zimbabwe cotton yarns – a long-staple variety prized for its softness, strength, and exceptional aging character. The denim features a structured heavyweight weave and the classic red selvedge ID that defines Momotaro's core lineup, delivering the honest hand feel of premium Japanese denim alongside its evolving natural color.
