Buy NowThe Momotaro MXTS1035 is a refined heavyweight T-shirt built around an original 8.5oz high-density jersey fabric made from 100% Zimbabwe cotton. Zimbabwe cotton is a long-staple variety prized for its softness, strength, and exceptional aging character – the same fiber Momotaro uses throughout its most celebrated denim.
The fabric is knit with 14-count, 20-gauge straight yarn at a high density, producing a substantial, evenly built jersey with real weight and structure. The result is a T-shirt with a pleasant, refined hand feel that holds shape across long days of wear while remaining comfortable against the skin.
The silhouette features a moderately relaxed shoulder and body width – a boxy, easy fit with drop shoulders that reads clean and contemporary without feeling oversized. The refined binder neck is knit tight and true to the body, sitting cleanly at the collarbone.
Every T-shirt carries the brand's signature detail: two lines printed on the left sleeve, a subtle nod to the iconic Momotaro Jeans 'battle stripes' – the same graphic that has quietly identified the brand's jeans since its founding.
Fit Notes: This T-shirt fits true to size. Compared to most global American brands, we recommend taking your usual size for the intended relaxed boxy fit. As always, we strongly recommend checking our size chart and comparing it with your best-fitting T-shirt to find the perfect fit.
