Red Clay starts with the finest, 100% pure, raw wildflower honey and carefully age it for three months in bourbon barrels for a rich, smoky flavor. A touch of sea salt creates a complex flavor profile that will tantalize your taste buds.
Crafted in small batches by their own Chef Geoff Rhyne who carefully monitors the aging process to ensure that each bottle is perfectly balanced and bursting with flavor. The result is a golden, velvety honey with a flavor unlike anything you've tried before. Perfect for drizzling over fried chicken, roasted fish, stirred into a cocktail, or as a glaze for your favorite desserts.
