The sauce that started it all. Red Clay's Original Hot Sauce starts with sweet, mild fresno chili peppers and French white wine vinegar, then aged in bourbon barrels for a complex, balanced and award-winning flavor. Add a dash to everything from oysters to scrambled eggs – it’s a sauce so versatile, you’ll wonder how you lived without it.
