The ROTOTO Indigo Mil Watch Cap in Light Indigo is a refined reinterpretation of the classic military watch cap, blending heritage design with modern Japanese knitting precision. Designed as a 2-way beanie, it can be worn with a single fold for a traditional profile or rolled twice for a shorter, cropped fit – offering versatile styling for different looks and conditions.
The cap is knit on a sock machine using stretch yarn, delivering a secure, flexible fit that maintains its shape through repeated wear. It is crafted from indigo-dyed cotton yarn, allowing it to develop a rich, personal patina over time – much like raw denim. With regular wear, the lighter indigo tone will evolve gradually, creating a unique aging process that reflects the wearer's habits and environment.
The fabric is garment-washed and tumble-dried during production to stabilize the shape and enhance comfort from the first wear. Subtle signs of backing yarn may appear on the surface over time – a natural characteristic of the fabric's texture and aging behavior, not a defect.
Built for durability, breathability, and everyday comfort, this watch cap is ideal for year-round wear, especially during cooler months. As with all ROTOTO headwear, it is crafted entirely in Japan using time-tested sock-making techniques and premium materials.
