SAMURAI JEANS S710XX19ozII "Kiwami" 19oz Slim Straight Jeans

About this product

We present to you a remarkable pair of slim straight jeans. Handcrafted in Japan with meticulous attention to detail, these jeans showcase the exceptional Kiwami denim, a fabric that embodies the essence of excellence.

The Kiwami denim used in these jeans is a testament to Samurai's dedication to creating the finest denim products. Woven using their original slubby yarn #4 x #5, this heavyweight fabric weighs an impressive 19 ounces per square yard. A harmonious blend of American and Australian cotton fibers ensures the utmost quality and durability.

These jeans exhibit a surprising softness despite their substantial weight. Initially rigid, the fabric molds and softens over time, conforming to the contours of the wearer's body. With a mid-rise and a slim fit that gracefully tapers, this straight leg denim epitomizes a timeless silhouette.

Every aspect of these jeans is thoughtfully considered to make an immediate and lasting impression. From the heavily textured 19oz denim to the exquisite silver lamé selvedge ID, the attention to detail is unmistakable. The jeans feature an iron made rising sun top button, adding a touch of authenticity and uniqueness. Inside, the Shogyomujo jacquard lining showcases intricate craftsmanship, while a premium sheep leather patch and copper rivets adorn the exterior, exemplifying both luxury and durability.

Samurai jeans have become a legend in the Japanese denim scene. Created in Osaka by Toru Nogami in 1997, Samurai represents the perfection of Japanese tradition, with its iconography of Sengoku-era Samurais and the search for the best and nothing but the best through materials, artisan garment-making techniques and unique detailing.
