At first wear, it’s a touch stiff – honest, structured – but it relaxes quickly and settles into something deeply personal. What drew us to this cloth is the yarn itself: a subtle slub that brings unexpected texture and life to a black denim. It’s quiet, but it’s there – and over time, it reveals itself in the way good denim should.
The Slim Fit keeps things clean through the seat and thigh with a straight, tailored leg below the knee. It’s sharp without feeling forced, modern without being fragile. Because this fabric sews up a bit tight, we recommend sizing up one if you find yourself between sizes. Once broken in, it rewards you with comfort, structure, and character that only improves with wear.

These jeans run a bit snug, we recommend to size up if you're in between sizes. This Black Selvedge jean will stretch 1/2' - 3/4' in the waist with wear.
