This piece features distinctive patch and flap chest pockets inspired by utilitarian designs of the 1940s. Crafted from a specially developed Madras check fabric, the cloth is pigment-coated before being washed to create a muted, understated interpretation of the traditional pattern.
The unique finishing process gives the fabric subtle depth and character from day one, while allowing it to develop a rich, well-worn patina with continued wear. Finished with authentic cat-eye buttons and an open collar.
