Star of Hollywood Dobby Cotton Leopard Shirt Grey

About this product

Founded in the 1950s and revived by Toyo Enterprise, Star of Hollywood is one of Japan's most celebrated makers of vintage-inspired shirting. The brand is best known for faithfully reproducing rare and highly collectible American shirts from the mid-century era, drawing on original garments, archival prints and period construction techniques.

Star of Hollywood is renowned for resurrecting the boldest, most provocative prints of the 1950s, and this 'Leopard' open-collar shirt is a masterclass in mid-century Americana. Shying away from all-over animal spots, this piece treats the fabric as a canvas, featuring a striking, scenic graphic of prowling leopards moving through their natural habitat - a design that perfectly captures the rebellious, artistic edge of golden-era casualwear.

Cut from 100% dobby cotton in Japan, it features all the hallmarks of these timeless shirts from the 50s. An open collar, button front, single chest pocket and square hem complete the look. 100% cotton Dobby cotton / textured weave Scenic leopard graphic Open collar Button front Single chest pocket Square hem Made in Japan
