Buy NowStudio D’Artisan continues its legacy of textile innovation and heritage craftsmanship with this refined long sleeve T-shirt, crafted from their original Suvin Gold cotton fabric – one of the rarest and most luxurious cottons in the world. Designed to elevate the everyday essential, this piece transforms the concept of a basic tee into something truly exceptional.
At the heart of the garment is Suvin Gold, an ultra-long staple cotton grown in extremely limited quantities. Known for its silky handfeel, natural sheen, and remarkable softness, Suvin fibers contain higher natural oil and wax content than standard cotton, giving the fabric a smooth, elegant drape and a subtly lustrous finish. The result is a texture that feels closer to fine knitwear than traditional jersey – soft, fluid, and luxurious against the skin.
The fabric is slowly knitted in Wakayama, Japan, using traditional low-tension sinker knitting machines, a process that minimizes stress on the fibers while producing a denser, more durable jersey with superior comfort. This slower method preserves the cotton’s natural character while enhancing longevity and structure.
A one-wash treatment stabilizes the fit and prevents shrinkage, making it ready to wear from day one. Construction details remain understated yet precise, including triple-needle collar stitching, clean finishes, and a regular, easy silhouette that works equally well worn alone or layered.
Fit Notes: Studio D’Artisan tees run smaller than standard American sizing. If you typically wear a size M in U.S. T-shirts, we recommend choosing a size L in this model. However, fit may vary depending on individual body types, so we always suggest referring to our size chart to ensure the best fit.
