The 1947 Cut 14.25oz Aged Model from Sugar Cane is a carefully crafted recreation of one of the brand’s most iconic denim silhouettes. Based on the classic jeans of the late 1940s, the 1947 model embodies the details, construction methods, and proportions that define vintage American denim at its peak.

Woven from 14.25oz selvedge denim, every stage of production – from spinning and dyeing to weaving and sewing – has been developed with a focus on authenticity. The result is a regular straight fit with a high rise, offering the timeless silhouette that has made the 1947 cut a cornerstone of the Sugar Cane collection.

For this aged version, Sugar Cane has revisited and refined its distressing techniques to recreate the natural wear patterns found on decades-old vintage denim. Subtle whiskering behind the knees, realistic fading throughout the fabric, and pronounced seam puckering give the jeans the appearance of years of honest wear. Additional attention has been paid to the aging of the cotton stitching, leather patch, and metal hardware, creating a cohesive vintage look from top to bottom.
