Buy NowThe Puamana Sweatshirt by Sunray Sportswear is inspired by classic American sportswear from the 1950s and crafted in Japan on vintage circular knitting machines. The slow loopwheel production gives the fabric the kind of structure, drape, and longevity that modern high-speed machinery simply cannot replicate.
The fabric is a 420g Japanese terry fleece – substantial, soft, and built for unrivaled comfort and durability. The terry interior delivers excellent warmth without bulk, while the smooth exterior surface retains a clean, refined appearance across years of wear.
The silhouette is a classic raglan fit, finished with a double 'V' collar detail at the neckline – a period-correct reference to mid-century athletic sweatshirts. The body is constructed as a tubular knit with no side seams, eliminating twisting and ensuring a clean drape against the body.
Fit Notes: This sweatshirt fits true to size for a classic silhouette. As a reference, size 44 fits like a standard American Large, with 40 = S, 42 = M, 46 = XL. As always, we strongly recommend checking our size chart and comparing it with your best-fitting sweatshirt to ensure the right fit.
