The S40's Jeans from TCB are a reproduction of a pair of jeans from the early 1940's. During WW2, rationing and high pressures meant that jeans were made quickly and often with less care than garments made in peacetime. The result was a generation of jeans with imperfections and inconsistencies.
In true denim nerd fashion, the S40's faithfully replicate these wabi-sabi details. Wonky back pocket stitching, inconsistent chainstitching, and steel donut buttons adorn this super fun pair of jeans.
