Buy NowThe Flat Head 8004 jeans are crafted from the heaviest fabric ever produced by the brand – a rugged 18oz selvedge denim woven on vintage shuttle looms. This high-density, tightly woven fabric offers a substantial feel with a unique, rain-like vertical texture that evolves beautifully over time. The deep indigo rope-dyed yarns ensure high-contrast fades, showcasing Flat Head’s signature aging process.
The wide tapered fit is designed for both comfort and style. Featuring a mid-high rise, it provides a roomy seat and thigh, allowing for ease of movement, while the gradual taper from the knee down creates a clean, streamlined silhouette. This cut is ideal for those who prefer a relaxed fit without excessive bagginess, making it versatile for casual wear and rugged styling alike.
Every detail reflects Japanese craftsmanship: expertly sewn felled seams, a raised belt loop construction for added durability, and original iron buttons and copper rivets that age gracefully with wear. The back pockets feature hidden copper-plated steel rivets, reinforcing stress points while developing a vintage patina over time.
Plus, each pair comes with a complimentary Doshaburi bandana, adding an exclusive touch to your denim collection.
Fit Notes: As all Flat Head Jeans, they run small. In general, we recommend choosing one size larger than your usual. However, as always, we recommend checking the size chart first to find your perfect size. It is unsanforized but one washed, so there will be no shrinkage.
