Buy NowThe Flying Wheel T-Shirt from The Flat Head features one of the brand’s most recognizable graphics, recreated with an extraordinary printing technique that closely mimics traditional chain-stitch embroidery.
The standout Flying Wheel logo is produced using a specialized dimensional puff print that replicates the texture and depth of real chain stitching. Every spoke and loop of the design has been meticulously reproduced, creating a remarkably convincing embroidered appearance while offering the comfort and easy care of a printed graphic.
The shirt is constructed from heavyweight jersey knit on vintage circular knitting machines dating back to the 1960s. These increasingly rare machines, maintained by skilled craftsmen, produce a fabric with exceptional consistency and durability. Thick 14-gauge yarns and specialized German-made knitting needles further enhance the substantial feel, making the T-shirt well suited for years of regular wear.
