Buy NowArguably the finest Americana reproduction brand from Japan, the Real McCoy's painstakingly recreate and update original garments for the modern day offering the best from the past, replicated to perfection without compromise in Japan. Cut to the form of a vintage style Swing Top or classic Drizzler style jacket, the All-Weather Swing Top Jacket is largely inspired by brands like McGregor, whose infamous Red drizzler jacket was made famous by James Dean in 'Rebel Without a Cause'.
This style was nicknamed 'Swing Top' by a leading voice of Ivy fashion in Japan, Kensuke Ishizu of VAN, after the sporting functionality of the original design. Equally at home on the golf course or a day out on the town. Cut in Japan from a cotton/rayon blend that has been custom developed by McCoy's to best replicate original jackets, after studying the material and yarn count of vintage pieces.
The All-Weather Swing Top also features a spread collar and zip front, while dual piped seam patch pockets with welted openings have been paired with a button tap collar and 'cape' back yoke. Adjustable button cuffs complete the look on this timeless design.
