The leaves are carefully de-stemmed, dried, and meticulously ground by stone mills, which can process only 40 grams per hour.
It is ideally prepared with a bamboo whisk and traditional chawan bowl, however it can also be prepared in a variety of drinks, shakes and smoothies.
