Buy NowIntroducing the Palmer Shirt in Indigo Japanese Cotton, a versatile wardrobe staple designed to move effortlessly between relaxed and more formal occasions. Thoughtfully cut with a comfortable, easy silhouette, it offers a refined alternative to a traditional denim shirt while retaining the versatility required for everyday wear.
Exceptional Japanese Cloth: As always, the fabric is at the heart of the garment. Woven in Japan from a beautifully soft cotton, this rich indigo cloth sits somewhere between a classic chambray and lightweight denim. The result is a shirt with depth, character, and a luxurious handle that will continue to improve with age.
Relaxed, Refined Fit: Cut slightly roomier than our Lewis Shirt, the Palmer is designed to sit comfortably away from the body without feeling oversized. A back yoke and pleat provide additional ease of movement, resulting in a shirt that feels relaxed yet considered. Utility-Inspired Details: Twin chest pockets with subtle pleats and buttoned pocket flaps lend a quiet workwear influence, while tonal buttons maintain a clean, understated appearance.
The result is a shirt that feels equally at home worn with tailoring, chinos, or your favourite pair of Japanese denim. Designed in the UK and crafted from exceptional Japanese cloth, the Palmer Shirt embodies our belief that the simplest garments are often the hardest to perfect.
