Buy NowOur signature Lawrence Field Jacket returns this season in a new navy ripstop cotton, woven in Scotland and finished with a refined dry wax coating. This robust fabric offers lasting durability and natural weather resistance, with a rugged handle that speaks to its utility roots.
Designed and made in England in limited numbers, it’s a modern interpretation of classic British fieldwear. The Lawrence remains true to its origins, inspired by Adam’s collection of 1950s American heritage hunting jackets, yet elevated through material innovation and detail. The dry wax ripstop canvas offers wind and shower resistance without the traditional waxed shine, developing a beautifully worn character over time.
Fully lined in tonal satin, it layers effortlessly over knitwear, while details such as the removable storm flap beneath the collar, bellowed pockets, back vents, and cuff adjusters ensure it remains as functional as it is timeless. The finer points: Scottish Ripstop Canvas Expertly woven in Scotland by the same renowned mill responsible for our signature dry wax cottons, this ripstop canvas offers the perfect balance of strength and refinement.
The unique weave construction enhances durability while maintaining a soft, tactile finish. The dry wax treatment provides subtle weather protection with a matte appearance that will only improve with age. Signature Hardware Continuing our commitment to quality, this jacket features our signature Blewbury buttons, proudly made for us in Gloucester from sustainably sourced corozo nut.
Crafted in England Designed and made in England, the Lawrence represents the very best of modern British outerwear - a blend of artisanal craftsmanship and contemporary design. Produced in limited numbers, it’s a piece for those who value durability, quality, and authenticity above all else.
