Desert Poplin is a poplin shirt, but relaxed. Not overly refined or luxe, it has a down to earth sensibility.
This fabric is finished differently than traditional dress shirt fabric. Traditional dress shirt fabrics are sent through a machine that burns off tiny fibers; giving the fabric a smooth, clean finish. Desert Poplin does not go through that burn off process; keeping the fabric more natural, with a matte finish.
Out of the washing machine and hung dry, you can wear as is...naturally rumpled. But when you need to press, it presses with ease and grace. It can be worn under a blazer or with a suit.
