The UES Big Waffle Thermal Crewneck in Indigo combines the rugged warmth of the original with the unique aging properties of rope-dyed indigo. Built from a heavyweight 13 oz. waffle knit cotton, woven on vintage low-gauge machines with thick, durable yarns, it offers exceptional insulation while remaining breathable and comfortable.
The indigo dye ensures that each piece develops its own patina over time, fading beautifully with wear and washing – just like your favorite pair of jeans. The slim fit stretches and molds to your body, creating a close, insulating layer that traps heat effectively. Flat seam construction guarantees comfort, even when layered under jackets or shirts.
Warm, durable, and character-rich, this indigo version is not only a reliable thermal but also a garment that gains personality with every season of use.
Fit Notes: UES thermals tend to run smaller than typical American sizing. We recommend ordering one size up from your usual US size. For example, if you normally wear a size M in American brands, you’ll likely find your best fit in size 3 (L) here. Always refer to our size chart for the most accurate fit. The slim cut is designed to stretch and conform to your shape, providing a close, heat-trapping fit perfect for cold-weather layering.
