Buy NowForming part of Warehouse & Co's SS25 '2nd Hand Series' collection, the 4105 S/S Sweatshirt is re-introduced this year and proving so popular last season. The Lot. 4105 is modelled on vintage style short sleeve sweatshirts. Cut in Japan from 100% cotton, the Lot. 4105 features a single chest pocket on the left side of the chest while a ribbed hem and sleeves have been paired with raglan sleeves and a bound crew neck collar.
Due to the washing process these sweatshirts have gone through there will be no further shrinkage. The fabric has been woven on vintage hanging knitting machines in Wakayama that weave at a sluggish pace providing a small amount of fabric a day. These were standard sweatshirt production machines until the 1960's when production methods moved elsewhere.
There are about 400 of these machines remaining in Japan (with only 200 in production) and they produce roughly a metre of fabric an hour - they require skilled craftsman to operate these machines in order to produce vintage like fabrics. 100% cotton Woven on vintage hanging knitting machines in Wakayama Modelled on pre-1960's vintage sweatshirts Short sleeve Single chest pocket Ribbed hem Ribbed sleeves Raglan sleeves Bound crew neck collar Due to washing techniques there will be no further shrinkage Made in Japan
