Made in Wakayama, Japan, on circular knitting machines, this low-gauge (10G) French terry features an irregular surface texture with large, soft loops on the inside.

For an extra cozy feel, the interior is lightly brushed to create a half-fleece effect. The French terry loops remain visible but are gently puffed up, providing a softer, fuller hand while retaining the distinctive texture of the knit. The garment is rinse-washed and pre-shrunk to help set the fabric and minimize further shrinkage at home.

The Crewneck features a modern athletic fit, complete with a ribbed binder collar and vintage-style inlaid V gusset.
