Buy NowInspired by the interiors of vintage denim trucker jackets, this standout pullover is crafted from a 563 GSM (16.6 oz/yd²) heavyweight French terry, knit in Wakayama, Japan, on traditional circular machines. The exterior is made from real indigo-dyed yarns, designed to fade, evolve, and patina over time – just like raw denim – reflecting each wearer’s unique journey.
The interior reveals a bold, blanket-style striped pattern, enhanced with colorful neps that nod to classic Americana workwear. This contrast between the deep indigo outer face and the textured, vibrant interior brings an uncommon level of depth and character to a knit garment.
The fabric strikes a rare balance between structure and comfort, with a sturdy, smooth face and soft looped interior, making it ideal for both layering and standalone wear.
Cut with a modern athletic fit, this crewneck features a ribbed binder collar with a vintage-inspired inlaid V gusset, raglan sleeves, ribbed side panels, and flat seam construction for a clean finish and unrestricted movement. Built with the same attention to detail and quality that defines the best of Japanese craftsmanship.
Fit Notes: Despite being a Japanese brand, we find the sizing of Wonder Looper garments to be more Western than Japanese. If you usually wear a size M in American sweatshirts, you'll find a suitable fit with this piece in size M. However, as always, we recommend consulting our size chart for the perfect fit.
